Hot Ink Roll is a ink-based roller specially designed for hot roller coding machines.

When heated, the surface ink layer melts and transfers onto packaging materials to print production dates, expiry dates, batch numbers and lot codes. Featuring simple operation, low cost and clear marking effect, it is widely used in automatic packaging lines for continuous coding.

 

 

Working Principle
Hot Ink Roll consists of a solid core wrapped with uniform wax ink coating. After the coding machine heats the roller to a designated temperature, the outer wax ink melts. When the roller rolls and contacts packaging surfaces, molten ink adheres to substrates and solidifies quickly to form distinct characters.
