Working Principle
The ribbon consists of PET base film, back coating, ink layer and release layer. Controlled heat from the print head melts the ink coating. The ink detaches from the PET carrier and adheres firmly to label surfaces, forming clear, long-lasting printed content after cooling.

Classification:
1. Wax Ribbon: Low cost, good printability on plain paper labels. Suitable for general logistics labels.
2. Wax-Resin Ribbon: Balanced cost and durability. Works on coated paper, synthetic paper; anti-scratch. Most popular universal grade.
3. Resin Ribbon: Highest durability. Excellent resistance to solvent, scratch, high temperature. Matches synthetic paper, PP, PVC, plastic tags.
